This little hobbit has lost the path and wandered into the wrong part of the forest. While not meant to be a specific scene from the Hobbit, this project definitely took its inspiration from the Mirkwood section of the book and the giant spiders.

The main figure is Olfo Fastfeet from Andrea miniatures (1/35 scale although as a halfling he is only about 30mm tall). The spider is from Otherworld Miniatures. Truly massive on a 28 mm scale, even at 1/35 scale this guy is pretty huge.
